Whoop, there it is: Worker uses wearable tech to measure most stress-inducing colleagues

You may suspect who your most annoying coworkers are, but Pankaj Tanwar now has the data to prove it.

Tanwar tells Business Insider he used his wearable Whoop health-tracking tech device to measure which one of his colleagues was stressing him out the most.

“We were all joking in a meeting about how draining some of them are,” Tanwar says. “And it hit me, what if I could actually build something that tells me who’s stressing me out?”

Tanwar used the device to measure his heart rate and correlated the spikes to his most stressful work interactions.

As for whether the results of the experiment surprised him, Tanwar tells Business Insider, “To be honest, not really.”

Let’s see what happens when we introduce Tanwar to Michael Scott.
