A new ranking of the Best- & Worst-Run Cities in America has good news for residents of Nampa, Idaho — according to WalletHub, it’s at the very top of the best-run list of 148 large cities in the U.S.
However, the City by the Bay once again ended up dead last in WalletHub’s annual rankings, which uses data points like crime statistics, debt, quality of public services and roads in order to rank each location.
In fact, some of the most famous cities in the U.S. — the places they write songs about — didn’t fare well, either. Chicago came in at #137, just above Philadelphia.
Los Angeles managed to make it to #139, though Oakland, California, was second to last at #147.
New York City ranked third to last (#145), below even troubled Flint, Michigan.
