Armed robbery my leg

Is it still an armed robbery when the hot item is a leg?

That’s the question after Oklahoma man was arrested after allegedly stealing a prosthetic leg during an armed robbery, according to the according to ABC affiliate WLNE.

The victim told police that a man, later identified as Kevion Hooks, approached him with a large metal spike, then took his backpack, along with the prosthetic leg.

Hooks allegedly asked the victim how much the items were worth as he waved the spike around.

When investigators caught up with Hooks, he had the prosthetic leg strapped to his head. Police removed the leg from his head and returned it to its rightful owner.

Hooks was arrested for armed robbery.
