Today, we are officially launching Gorgeous Broadband, the new residential fiber internet service powered by QLife’s expanding community-owned fiber network.
QLife is currently expanding its network to reach approximately 2,750 additional households in The Dalles, with Gorgeous Broadband service rolling out in phases as construction is completed. Residents will have access to symmetrical fiber internet with multiple service offerings.
This launch represents a significant next step for QLife. For more than two decades, QLife fiber has supported public agencies, schools, healthcare organizations, businesses, and communications providers. Gorgeous Broadband now creates a direct path for more residents to access that locally owned fiber infrastructure.
Residents can learn more, register their address, and sign up for project updates at gorgeousbroadband.org. Service is expected to begin rolling out by the end of the year, with Northern Wasco County PUD supporting management of the service.
