An animal expert in Poland recently found himself in a prickly situation.
On Sunday night about 10, authorities were called to deal with a porcupine threatening to stick it to one Polish neighborhood.
Needing someone who wouldn’t bristle at dealing with the situation, they called the wildlife enthusiast, and that’s when it got awkward: He showed up to discover it was his own pet porcupine poking around.
It seems the animal was feeling a bit stuck itself, as it chewed through a fence and escaped. The expert and the animal returned home with no harm done.
