NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE

Pursuant to the City of The Dalles Charter, Chapter VIII, Section 31 notice is hereby given the City Council proposes to adopt, using the method of reading by title only:
General Ordinance No. 26-1427, an Ordinance Amending Certain Provisions of TDMC Chapter 5.20 (Dog Control) for Administrative Clarity
The proposed ordinance will be available for public inspection as an agenda item in the April 13, 2026 City Council Regular Meeting agenda packet, available on the City website www.thedalles.org/Agendas no later than April 6, 2026.
The ordinance is proposed for adoption at the City Council Regular Meeting of April 13, 2026 to be held in person at City Hall, 313 Court Street, The Dalles and Live Streamed at 5:30 p.m.
Public viewing of the live meeting is available online at www.thedalles.org/Live_Streaming.
