Sheriff calls in deputies after Burger King doesn’t make Whopper his way

A Cobb County, Georgia sheriff is in hot water with voters recently after a body camera video showed him calling in deputies after Burger King messed up his order.

The videos, obtained by WSB-TV, shows Sheriff Craig Owens instructing his deputies to find out the name of the franchise manager after the fast food restaurant failed to hold the mayo on his Whopper and cut it in half.

“I don’t need no damn money back no more,” he tells the deputies. “I just need to find out who owns this place so I can do an official complaint.”

While some have called it an abuse of power, Owens defended himself, calling it a business dispute that any citizen can make.
