According to a survey commissioned by Pizza Hut, nearly nine in 10 people who are moving order pizza to fuel them through the process.
However, nearly 80% of those people have nowhere to eat it, as their stuff is packed away, so they eat on the floor.
With that in mind, Pizza Hut has created the limited-edition Moving Box Table, a specialty pizza box that transforms into a miniature table “to offer a more civilized dining experience rather than eating on the floor,” according to ad copy.
Basically, all you have to do is unfold the special box in a particular way and it transforms into a tabletop.
Customers in Dallas, Charlotte and Orlando — the three most popular U.S. cities to move to — will have access to the transforming table with orders of a large menu-priced pizza, the company says.
And unlike the night table you may have bought from that Swedish company, this is one piece of furniture you’ll look forward to building.
