Pre-NOPE! Bride-to-be busted after assaulting fiancé over prenup

A woman has been arrested for domestic battery after getting into an argument with her intended over a prenuptial agreement.

The victim — a St. Petersburg, Florida, resident — told cops that Molly Rose Hogan, 26, “grabbed him around the head and struck him on the chest, torso, back, and legs,” causing “multiple physical injuries,” following “a heated argument over signing a prenuptial agreement prior to marriage,” according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.

“Alcohol appears to have been a factor,” per the report.

Hogan was arrested for domestic battery and simple battery for allegedly biting a witness during the incident.
