Need to unwind? Visit the “most relaxing cities in the U.S.”

Chances are you can use a little unwinding, and with that in mind, you might want to think about spending some time in Glendale, California.

That’s because the website Origami.org has just named it the most relaxing city in America.

Using data from Yelp and Google search trends, the website looked at 100 cities’ access to green spaces and other places to unwind, as well as how eagerly its residents look to destress, whether it be by partaking in pottery classes, relaxing with yoga, getting massages or whatever else helps them chill out.

Glendale took the top slot, followed by Garden Grove, California.

Bellevue, Washington, placed third in the ranking; Alexandria, Virginia, was #4; and Hollywood, Florida, rounded out the top five.

The Golden State boasts five of the top 10 cities on the list: Huntington Beach was #6; Hayward ranked #8; and Corona was #9.

For the record, the least relaxing cities were declared to be Houston, Texas; New York, New York; and Fort Worth, Texas.
