A claw machine stuffed with Hello Kitty plush toys proved too much of a temptation for one 3-year-old Queensland, Australia, boy, who climbed into the machine through the prize chute and couldn’t get out.
The rescue effort is documented in a video on the Queensland Police Service Facebook page, which shows the boy’s parents telling him to move to the back of the machine and cover his eyes so police could break the glass.
The boy, whose name is Ethan, was safely returned to his parents by a cop who is heard saying, “You won a prize, which one do you want?”
“Ethan and the Police: 1. Claw Machine: 0,” reads a caption under the video.
