Nicole Scherzinger suffered a painful leg burn after boiling water spilled on her just an hour before she was scheduled to perform with the Pussycat Dolls on Saturday.
Scherzinger shared a photo of the injury on Instagram Stories the following day, showing extensive blistering and dark marks on her leg. She did not explain how the accident happened.
“Nothing like boiling water falling on your leg an hour before your set — But the show must go on,” Scherzinger wrote. “Thanks Düsseldorf for keeping me going. See you soon Amsterdam.”
Despite the injury, Scherzinger performed at Düsseldorf’s PSD Bank Dome as part of the Pussycat Dolls’ PCD Forever Tour. She is touring with fellow group members Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt.
The extent of the injury and whether Scherzinger required medical treatment were not immediately disclosed. (Page Six)
