Have you seen the new markings on the Wasco County Sheriff’s patrol car?
Sheriff Lane Magill said he wanted to honor the semiquincentennial in a highly visible way. Against the backdrop of a waving US flag is a large sheriff’s badge and the words “Wasco County Sheriff” and “Celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States 1776-2026.”
The unique patriotic motif was designed and created by Optimist Printers.
In addition, on the rear panel are the words “No Veteran Left Behind” below the badges of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Space Force.
That message of commitment is now on all the Sheriff’s Department patrol cars.
