This Florida man was certainly going fast, but seemed less than furious when arrested by the cops.
According to Gulf Coast News, Yair Alberto Pavon-Rivera caught the attention of the Florida Highway Patrol by speeding over 100 mph. When troopers attempted to pull the driver over, Pavon-Rivera instead allegedly sped up to 130 mph while turning off the car’s lights.
The vehicle eventually crashed, and Pavon-Rivera was apprehended. According to troopers, Pavon-Rivera laughed upon being arrested and asked, “Should I get a faster car for next time?”
Pavon-Rivera faces charges for reckless driving, super speeding and fleeing. One might say his interaction with police was reckless, too.
