We’ve heard of shucking corn, but what about trucking corn?
A vehicle doing just that was involved in an accident in Colorado, the Custer County Sheriff’s Office reports in a Facebook post. Luckily, the driver was not injured, plus the corn didn’t go to waste.
“The wrecker company transported loads of corn to the Wet Mountain Fire Protection District where it was distributed to the local community using volunteers from the fire department and the Sheriff’s posse,” the post reads.
In case any corn was left behind in transport, the post advises, “Deer like corn, so drive carefully through this area.”
