Couple’s wedding invitation ate and left some crumbs

Attendees of an upcoming wedding will be raising literal toast ahead of the ceremony.

Bride-to-be Jazmin Reyes tells People that she sent out invitations to her nuptials on pieces of bread. The loaves are stamped with her and fiancé Miguel Sotto‘s wedding logo, alongside the date and a QR code to RSVP.

“We were worried about our older guests not getting or not appreciating the idea but they are actually the ones raving about the idea and demanding more loaves!” Reyes says. “It’s been so fun seeing how they all plan to prepare their invitation and what spread they want to eat it with!”

The breading — sorry, wedding — will take place in May, when Reyes walks down the aisle to her be-loaved, er, betrothed.
