On January 3rd, The Dalles Police arrested Lucas Jose R. Blevins, a 30 year old male from The Dalles for sex crimes involving a five year old victim. Blevins was lodged at NORCOR for the crimes of Sodomy in the First Degree (2 Counts) and Sex Abuse in the First Degree.
Protecting vulnerable victims and children in our community is our top priority. TDPD Detectives were aided in the investigation by Wasco County Parole and Probation, as well as SafeSpace Children’s Advocacy Center of the Gorge.
The case has been referred to the Wasco County District Attorneys Office for charging consideration.
