Celebrities are commonly the drivers of style in pop culture, and to that end, singer/songwriter Madison Beer tops a recent analysis of Pinterest searches for those looking for style inspo.
The London-based fabric shop Dalston Mill Fabrics sifted through Pinterest Trends data to find out which stars had the biggest jump in relation to searches for their style from August 2023 to August 2024, and Beer’s searches jumped 1,633% in that time.
Coming in second was Sabrina Carpenter, with a search jump of 588%.
Paul Mescal, soon to be seen in Gladiator 2, was the only dude in the top five. In third place, searches related to his looks popped 458%.
Just one other male star, The Bikeriders‘ Austin Butler, saw an increase, with a 59% increase of users searching for his signature style. That placed him at #15.
Fourth place went to Olivia Rodrigo, with a 250% jump for Pinterest look-ups like “Olivia Rodrigo outfits,” while Taylor Swift rounded out the top five with a 221% boost in searches from last August to now.
Taylor’s bestie Blake Lively ranked 6th (156% increase); 7th was Anne Hathaway (152%). Taylor Russell, Rihanna and Beyoncé rounded out the top 10 with increases of 104%, 89% and 79%, respectively.
