These are the top 3 things the average vacationer forgets at home

While Home Alone is fiction, most vacationers forget something when they go on vaca, and to that end, a new survey of 2,000 adults looked into what we tend to overlook.

The poll conducted by Talker Research on behalf of Crystal Geyser Alpine Spring Water found that one-third of travelers forget to bring their phone charger — the most common forgotten item.

The second most common, at 32%, was a beauty product, and 27% say they’ve forgotten their sunscreen.

Eighteen percent have even forgotten their medication.

Forty-two percent say their forgetfulness kicked off their vacations on a sour note, with 27% saying they’re forced to scrounge and spend more money on stuff they already have — at home. Twenty-five percent say they have to settle for whatever they can find, even if it’s not their usual brand.

At least they haven’t forgotten their kids at home.
