On Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. the City of The Dalles Beautification & Tree Committee will be at Thompson Park delivering trees to those who have been awarded through the Residential Tree Grant Program.
A total of 25 trees will be given to 17 residents who completed the application process and met the qualifications. In addition, awardees will receive root barriers (if appropriate) and watering devices.
Along with the Beautification & Tree Committee members, volunteers will be in attendance to help give plating and care instructions.
