Well, folks, we’ve got another contender for the “most bizarre news story of the day.” According to ABC7 News, a man was caught on camera doing his business — a.k.a. taking a dump — in the bushes outside of a cleaning company in Naples.
The cleaning company’s surveillance footage captured the whole ordeal, which went down on Good Friday, April 7. Oh, and the dumpster ironically had a sign that read “No Public Dumping” on the front.
Rhonada McCaw, the office manager of Naples Glass Cleaning watched everything unfold on the security cameras before alerting a coworker who ran out to confront the man.
“He kept wiping all the way down the street,” McCaw said. “He had his hands in his pants with a napkin and pulling his pants up and running along.”
Noting the multiple establishments nearby, she added, “Of all these businesses here, everybody’s got a bathroom. He could’ve asked anyone.”
The county Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident but was unable to catch the defecating delinquent.
Moral of the story? When nature calls, try to find a real bathroom. It’ll save you from some serious embarrassment — and possibly some legal trouble too.
