This is not a mural…. Last night our officers interrupted this vandalism event while it was in progress at 213 East Second Street. Multiple cans of spray paint were confiscated. If you like a clean and welcoming community- report vandalism or graffiti to The Dalles Police Department as soon as possible. 541-296-2613.
