One in five people snack on the toilet, according to a new survey

While relaxing in a bath with a glass of wine and maybe some cheese doesn’t seem so out of the ordinary, a new survey shows people are pretty comfortable sneaking snacks in the bathroom.

In fact, one in five snack on the toilet.

The 2,000 respondents from the U.K.-based poll that was commissioned by the beef jerky treat Pepperami were quizzed about where they secretly get their snack on — and the most common place was the bedroom.

“While driving” was the second most common place to eat with nobody looking. “On the stairs” and in the bathtub were #3 and #4 on the list — but sitting atop the porcelain throne ranked #7 in the top ten.

Those polled were also asked if they’ve ever eaten anything from their garbage — a la George Costanza from Seinfeld — and one in five admitted they had.

In other shades of Costanza, one in 20 admit to snacking during sex.
