Blasting work has begun at Mitchell Point Tunnel above I-84 on the Oregon side of the river near Milepost 58. Tuesday and Thursday morning delays in traffic could take place over the next four weeks according to ODOT. Delays could be up to 20 minutes when blasting is taking place.
