A Florida woman is facing trespassing charges for allegedly skinny-dipping in a stranger’s pool and refusing to leave.
The homeowner told deputies he returned home and noticed the woman, later identified as 42-year-old Heather A. Kennedy, swimming naked in his pool after spotting clothing scattered across the porch, according to a Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office report obtained by ClickOrlando.
Deputies say Kennedy was hostile toward officers when they arrived and asked her several times to get dressed and to get out of the pool. Then once Kennedy was dressed, she attempted to resist arrest, according to records.
Kennedy faces charges of trespass in structure or conveyance and resisting an officer without violence.
