The Mount Adams Chapter of the Back Country Horsemen of Washington invites riders and outdoor enthusiasts to its annual Scavenger Hunt Ride on June 27, 2026, at the Glenwood Rodeo Grounds in Glenwood, WA. This fun, family-friendly event features a scenic 9-mile ride through the beautiful forested trails of the Glenwood Valley near Mt. Adams, with prizes and activities for all ages.
Participants can enjoy a relaxed day on horseback while searching for scavenger hunt items along the trail. Check-in opens at 8:00 AM, with the ride beginning at 9:00 AM. In addition to the ride, attendees can purchase fresh pastries and lunch, take part in a silent auction, and even stay overnight with available camping.
Early registration is available at a discounted rate of $25 for adults and $15 for youth if completed before June 22. Day-of registration is $30 for adults and $20 for youth. Non-riders are also welcome to join for lunch and festivities.
