Imagine being on vacation and waking up to an unexpected visitor — and that unexpected visitor is a bear. That’s exactly what happened to one family vacationing in Crivitz, Wisconsin.
The family from Illinois was sound asleep when the bear crept into their vacation home.
“The bear was able to actually punch through the screen and came in, ate some food in the kitchen and then ended up working its way into the master bathroom,” DNR conservation warden Tim Werner explained to WBAY-TV in Green Bay, WI.
Werner eventually was able to wrangle the bear out of the bathroom and the home by catching it with a pole. Everyone, including the bear, made it out safely.
