Man, 70, brawls with over 10 bikers — guess who won

Age is just a number, but if you’re a 70-year-old man, it’s best not to tangle with a group of angry bikers.

It didn’t end well for Kazuharu Okamoto, the Japanese transportation company president is currently recovering from a broken face. Adding insult to injury, Okamoto ended up getting arrested.

The incident occurred earlier this month, when Okamoto became enraged over being stuck behind a pack of bikers and gradually started driving closer and closer to their rear, police tell Sora News. This naturally upset the group, who confronted Kazuharu about his tailgating. Things then escalated until a brawl broke out between the senior and the 10-plus group of motorcycle enthusiasts.

The next day, four men in the group — all of whom are are reportedly in their 40s and 50s — were arrested for breaking bones in Okamoto’s face from punching and kicking him. However, they all claimed that he swung first.

A few days later, police took Okamoto into custody for assault after he punched a 48-year-old woman in the group in the head.

After reviewing the footage on Okamoto’s dash cam he was additionally charged with “obstructive driving” — the legal term for road-rage-related reckless driving.

Okamoto denies that charge.
