(NOTE CONTENT) Revenge of the apes! Monkeys in the Indian town of Majalgaon have begun to seek revenge on a village by killing over 250 puppies.
According to News18, the monkeys have been taking the pups and dropping them or throwing them from the tops of buildings or trees. The retaliation began after a few dogs allegedly killed an infant monkey, which is why some villagers believe the monkeys are seeking revenge.
Villagers have contacted forest department officials to capture the monkeys but have been unsuccessful. A neighboring town has already been eradicated of all dogs, which amounts to around 250 animals.
