A section of Scenic Drive will be closed next week, from March 22-29, for sanitary sewer work, but there will still be vehicular access to the vaccine clinics held at the Fort Dalles Readiness Center, which shares an entrance with Columbia Gorge Community College on Scenic Drive.
The road closure will be west of the college/readiness center entrance. The readiness center is still accessible from the east. Open routes to the readiness center include taking Kelly Avenue to Scenic Drive, or going up Jefferson Street to Scenic Drive.
