SHOWING OFF “VETTES” FOR VETS

This weekend is going to be a big one for fans of Corvettes in Glendale, Arizona, as members of the Corvette Club of Arizona are gathering to show off their wheels — all while raising money for military veterans.

The 27th annual “Salute to Service” car show will feature over 150 Corvettes from all eras, including rare models such as the all-wheel-drive Corvette E-Ray, a 2017 in Black Rose, and a 70th-anniversary C8.

And as sports car fans attend to see all this American muscle, they’ll also be raising money for U.S. VETS, a charity group that serves approximately 1300 veterans by helping with housing and budgeting — as well as providing counseling for stress and trauma management.

The event is a great way to bring the community together for a great cause. As club member Kevin Deihl explained, “We love Corvettes and supporting charities.”
