A New Hampshire man is facing two DWI charges after being arrested twice in the same night.
Police in Portsmouth say 25-year-old Michael Stiles was allegedly drunk when he crashed into a parked police cruiser around 10:15 Monday night. Officers arrested him and charged him with DWI and reckless conduct, but he was later released on personal recognizance bail. But about three hours later, police say Stiles was back behind the wheel and allegedly driving under the influence again.
He was arrested a second time and charged with another DWI, along with a misdemeanor charge for violating the conditions of his bail. Stiles is now being held without bail. (WMUR-TV Manchester, New Hampshire)
