A Florida man is facing DUI charges after deputies found him passed out behind the wheel at an intersection.

Authorities say the vehicle was still in drive, with the driver’s foot on the brake, and deputies broke a window when he wouldn’t respond because they feared he was having a medical emergency. Deputies found open and empty beer cans inside the vehicle and identified the driver as Fernando Guillen Delgado. After he was taken to a hospital, tests showed a blood-alcohol level of .377, nearly five times Florida’s legal limit of .08. He was arrested on a DUI charge and cited for driving without a valid license. (Yahoo)
