The players are gonna play and the haters are gonna hate, but much like Taylor Swift, Carter Sampson is shaking it off — literally.
According to ABC affiliate WISN, Sampson was working his shift at Gilles Frozen Custard in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, while carrying a large pot of shake mixture. Then, as if filming an infomercial that demands to know if this has ever happened to you, Sampson lost his grip and dropped the pot, spilling the shake mix all over himself and the floor.
“I just grabbed [the pot] from the cooler and was about to go pour it in, and I could just feel my hand slip,” Sampson tells WISN. “I don’t remember anything after that other than getting covered in the shake mix.”
Should Sampson wish to fill any gaps in his memory, the incident was caught on surveillance video and uploaded online, earning the 23-year-old some viral fame.
“You just got to laugh about it and go on about your day,” Sampson says. “Like, it’s a good video.”
