Plane passengers deal with un-bee-lievable delay

It’s never fun when your plane is delayed, but passengers on a recent flight from Charlotte to San Francisco felt especially stung.

In video obtained by ABC affiliate WSOC, a swarm of bees can be seen flying around one of the plane’s engines while it was waiting to take off.

According to the passenger that took the video, the flight was delayed for about an hour so that airport crew could remove the bees.

No word as to why the bees decided to gather on this particular plane. Maybe it was taking off from the B(ee) concourse.
