Wasco County appraisers are currently visiting properties for reappraisal inspections. Appraisers drive vehicles with county logos and exempt Oregon plates.
They will identify themselves, have county-issued photo identification, and leave business cards at the front door.
They conduct exterior only inspections, which to verify building measurements and update photos.
Current residential inspections are planned in areas along or North of Eight Mile Road west of US 197, east of US 197 by roughly Ward Rd, Mason Rd, and Wrentham Market Rd.
