You may have felt really tired in the middle of the day, but have you ever felt seally tired?
The Marine Mammal Stranding Center reports that a loose seal showed up in the middle of a snowy road in New Jersey. Apparently mistaking the piles of fluffy snow for pillows, the seal decided to tuck in for an afternoon nap.
Of course, us humans know that taking a snooze in the middle of the road is very dangerous, though this seal apparently is unfamiliar with our ways. Luckily, police blocked off the road while the seal slept until being rescued.
The seal was not injured and has been resting in a much more appropriate location while recovering from its adventure.
