Oinker’s rights: This actually very large piggy refuses to leave house

In the “This Little Piggy” nursery rhyme, there’s no mention of this little piggy having to pay the mortgage of the home it cries “wee, wee, wee” all the way to. Perhaps that changes if this little piggy is actually a very large piggy.

Jamey Watt of Mobile, Alabama, tells WKRG that a 100-pound potbellied pig showed up on his property one day and has refused to leave.

“His rent’s due, and he needs to go,” Watt says.

During its stay, the pig has truly made itself at home as its rooted up grass and trampled plants. Watt says he and a friend even tried guiding the pig back into the woods, only for the animal to return shortly thereafter.

“I just want him gone because I know what kind of destruction they can do, but I can’t get rid of him,” Watt says. “I guess he’s finding plenty to eat around here because he just won’t leave.”

Watt says he’s been unable to find who the pig belongs to, and law enforcement has been unable to help. In the meantime, he’s just hoping someone will speak up to claim it.

If that doesn’t happen, Watt may have to start the e-pig-tion process.
