If you live for the return of the McRib at McDonald’s, things are looking up for you.
The fast food favorite will start showing up in major cities like Miami, St. Louis, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Cleveland, Seattle and Atlanta on Nov. 17, and will stick around while supplies last.
The boneless pork patty dipped in barbecue sauce and served with sliced onions and pickles made its debut in 1981, and is the “most-mentioned limited-time product online, higher than other evergreen items,” according to McDonald’s senior marketing director.
He went on to mention that some members of the trading and crypto community believe Bitcoin and the S&P500 actually do better when McRib returns to the McDonalds menu, as it did in 2017, 2020 and 2021.
