Mini golf courses are known for their quirky, mildly infuriating obstacles, but a falling squirrel usually isn’t one of them.
Colorado’s Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office shares in a social media post that a baby squirrel had tumbled from a tree next to a hole at a local putt-putt establishment. Fortunately, the little guy was scooped up by an animal control officer.
“After mom didn’t return, this little chatterbox was safely brought to Rocky Mountain Wildlife Alliance for expert care,” the post reads. “Loud squeaks, but a bright future.”
Now, if only the Sheriff’s Office could do something about that darn windmill.
