On October 3, 2025 the Mid-Columbia Interagency Narcotics Task Force (MINT) concluded an investigation with the service of a narcotics and guns search warrant at the West Side Village Apartments on west 7th Street in The Dalles.
The MINT Team is made up of participants from the following agencies.
• The Wasco County Sheriff’s Department
• The Hood River County Sheriff’s Office
• The Sherman County Sheriff’s Department
• The Gilliam County Sheriff’s Department
• The Dalles Police Department
• The Hood River Police Department
MINT Narcotics Detectives charged Albert George Vonslomski Sr, age 63 with:
• Unlawful Delivery of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance
• Unlawful Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance
• Felon in Possession of a Weapon
• Theft in the First Degree
• Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine
• Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine
• Child Neglect in the first Degree

Mr. Vonslomski is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges are often reduced or modified in the legal proceedings. Additional charges are also possible. Mr. Vonslomski was booked in NORCOR and has since appeared before a judge and been released pending further legal action.
