Friends of the Gorge has teamed up with Tri-Cities-based C.A.R.E.S. and they have filed a petition for judicial review against the Energy Facilities Site Evaluation Council over a recent vote vesting total decision-making authority in its chair.
Filed on Friday in Clark County Superior Court, the 7-page petition cites several violations of state laws and administrative rules.
