Snakes on a plane, and they’re in my pants

A man was stopped by customs officers in China recently, but not for just the usual undeclared jewelry or liquor.

Nope. This guy had more than 100 live snakes crammed into his pants pockets, packed in canvas bags.

“Once opened, each bag was found to contain living snakes in all kinds of shapes, sizes and colors,” according to a statement obtained by The Guardian.

China is one of the world’s biggest animal trafficking hubs, according to the outlet, although authorities have cracked down on it in recent years.
