The family film IF is coming to Paramount+ on Tuesday, July 9.
The movie, written and directed by John Krasinski, stars the voice of Steve Carell as a computer-generated imaginary friend come to life in the project that also stars its co-producer Ryan Reynolds.
Cailey Fleming plays Bea, a young girl who discovers she not only can see her own imaginary friend — or “IF” — but everybody’s, and “embarks on a magical journey to reconnect forgotten IFs with their kids, before they disappear,” the studio says.
The film also stars the voices of Emmy winner Phoebe Waller-Bridge as the IF named Blossom, Matt Damon as Sunny, and Krasinski’s real-life wife Emily Blunt as an imaginary unicorn named, well, Unicorn.
IF debuted in theaters in May, opening at #1 at the domestic box office, ahead of a worldwide gross of more than $185 million and counting.
