Wasco County and City of The Dalles – City Hall approved a Strategic Investment Program (SIP) tax incentive abatement agreement with Design LLC and we are in the early stages of discussing the potential use of certain funds which will positively impact our community. To help guide our plan, we are seeking input from our citizens for how to use these SIP funds.
