Residents in Natchez, Mississippi, are all abuzz about an 18-wheeler carrying a load of bees that overturned on the state’s Highway 61.
Representatives from Adee Honey Farms in Woodville saved the day by rushing to the site and smoking the area to help keep the bees relaxed until the hives could be loaded and transported back to Woodville, according to WLBT-TV.
Aiding the beekeepers was the fact that the beehives were covered in a tarp and the accident happened at night, which helped calm the bees and keep them contained.
