A yoga studio in Billings, Montana, has added a new twist to the practice with a class called Bare Roots yoga, which offers participants the option of baring it all.
“It’s an opportunity for people to really be part of something empowering and new in our Billings community. The class keeps growing,” Clementine Lindley, owner of Limber Tree Yoga & Wellness, tells KBZK-TV.
There are, of course, certain restrictions, given the nature of the class, according to the outlet: Participants must be part of the community, not a one-time spectator, and they are required to attend at least two other classes prior to Bare Roots registration. Additionally, lights are set on low and curtains are drawn; participants disrobe only at the mat; and no cameras or phones are allowed. And whatever happens in the room stays in the room.
