Paris Jackson is asking a Los Angeles judge to order her late father’s estate to transfer $600 million into a trust benefiting her and her brothers, Prince and Bigi.
In an October 29th court filing, the 28-year-old claims the trust remains unfunded despite the estate generating billions of dollars since Michael Jackson‘s death in 2009.
Paris alleges the estate’s executor, John Branca, has improperly controlled distributions intended for the siblings.
The estate denies the allegations, saying more than $200 million has already been distributed for the children’s benefit.
Representatives say ongoing litigation with the Internal Revenue Service prevents the trust from being fully funded. They also maintain Jackson’s will restricts distributions until his children reach their 30s. (E! Online)
