No. 21 UCLA downs turnover-plagued No. 13 Oregon 17-15 to remain undefeated
EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Wayne Knight rushed for a touchdown and caught another score, and No. 21 UCLA overcame an injury to starting quarterback Nico Iamaleava to down No. 13 Oregon 17-15. Knight ran for 103 yards on 22 carries and caught three passes for 12 yards, including a fourth-quarter, 9-yard touchdown reception from backup Ty Dieffenbach for the undefeated Bruins. The sloppy game featured 10 turnovers, including seven for the Ducks (3-2, 1-1), who saw their chances for a spot in the College Football Playoff fade with a second loss.

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Braden Atkinson threw for 409 yards and tied his career high with five touchdown passes and Oregon State beat San Diego State 66-14. It’s the second-straight week Atkinson has thrown for five scores. He did it last week in a 56-26 win over Colorado State. He only played three quarters against the Aztecs. Atkinson’s 21 passing touchdowns this season leads the nation. Jayden Denegal threw for 78 yards for San Diego State. Denegal and reserve Draiden Trudeau struggled from the pocket, going 9 for 27 for 91 yards.
