A choice made under the influence can change the course of your life in an instant. Recently, an officer stopped a vehicle for reckless driving. Once the vehicle yielded, the driver was observed making hurried, concealing movements toward the center console causing the officer to be a bit more cautious. The officer then observed several signs of impairment. The driver was ultimately arrested for DUII with a blood alcohol content twice the per se limit of (.08%) Inside the armrest, right where those concealing movements were made, officers found a loaded firearm carried concealed without a permit.
